One 2″ x 5″ piece of 1/8″ thick plywood
One 12″ x 12″ piece of 1/4″ thick plywood

One 10″ x 10″ piece of 1/2″ thick plywood
One 1/8″ dia. X 8″ long dowel

Table saw, scroll saw or band saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade
